Solomon Telingater (29 Apr 1903, Tbilisi - 1 Oct 1969, Moscow) was Soviet graphic artist.
Telingater studied at the Moscow Vkhutemas (State Higher Arts and Technical Studios) in 1920 and 1921 under V. A. Favorskii. He designed advertising types and hand letters and worked as a book designer and illustrator. His works include designs for A. I. Bezymenskii's Komsomoliia (1928), Moscow: Planning and Construction in the City, 1945–57 (1958), and the album V. I. Lenin (1939). Member of the CPSU from 1943.
